Princess Elliane woke up into a strange white room. The whole place was so foreign to her. A strange tube was poked into her wrist that is connected to a liquid hanging beside the bed that she's lying into.
'What is this place?' she muttered to herself while roaming her eyes around the room. She yanked out the tube on the back of her wrist and tried to sat up.
The memories from before she passed out came rushing to her mind. The strange thing that almost hit her and the men that tried to approach her.
'Were the traitors able to find me? Am I captured?' She trembled in fear as she thought of what might await her. She was having a full blown panic attack when a woman suddenly enter the room. The lady seeing her awake trying to yank of the IV off her hand huriedly run over next to her bed.
"Miss don't remove that yet we still need to get the doctors approval to ensure that you are already fine." she then checked her vitals and then turn on the intercom to call for a physician to check on the patient.
Immediately two doctors came over. They started checking her conditions. They asked her some question and she tried to answer them though with a bit of confusion in her mind. She then out of nowhere ask them.
"Where am I? Who might you people be?" She asked them out. The whole place then suddenly fell quiet and everyone look at her weirdly, Everybody got a bit weirded out by her questipn. It could easily be conclude by a normal person that they are currently in the hospital. At most people would ask why they are in the hospital.
"We are currently in Highlands hospital. Somebody brought you here when you were unconcious. Do you have any family members we can contact to process your documents?" One of the doctor answered her.
She blanked out after hearing what the man had said. She doesn't know what is a hospital? And her family are all gone. Everyone is gone... She's alone and nobody would even care about her.
"I don't have a family anymore." She finally answered. Everyone looked at each othe and had this look of sympathy.
"We'll call the one that brought you here then." the doctor responded to her a bit cautious as to not make her feel bad in anyway.
He then look at one of the nurse in standby gesturing her to contact somebody. The nurse then hurriedly went out of the room while the doctor continue to check on her. After a while they concluded the check up and said goodbye to her.
"Vitals are good and you seems to have fully recovered so we can letyou go home after all your papers is process. We'll get back to you so you can be discharge today." The doctor said before going out of the room.
They all left her in that room alone. she was still a bit worried but she couldn't do anything for now. She'll have to wait for them to release her.
In a meeting room of the Bailey Corporation. a man is sitting in the middle of the employee while someone is doing a presentation. His phone on top of the table started to vibrate everyone traced the vibrating sound and quickly look away when they saw whose phone was receiving notification.
He picked up his phone and gesture for them to continue while he ended the call and just send a message to his butler who called him.
His phone buzz again from notification. it was a reply from his bulter.
'What is it?'
'The lady from last night has already woken up. The doctor said she seem like she doesn't remember anything and don't have family. What should we do with her?' he read the reply
The flashback of the night he saw that devastating face crossed his mind and the thought of having her to himself urging him to take action.
'Take her to my place I'll deal with her later.'
She was still overwhelm, confused and uncertain about everything that is going on. She was thinking so hard to analyze everything and getting in major decision as to how she will survive in this unfamiliar environment. She fall asleep overwhelm by all the thought is running to her mind.
