To pass the time, now that the city was calmed down and back to normal, Karl decided that he would try to modify the Villa Stones in the way that the Supreme Ranked members had described to him.
A life-saving device that would give you somewhere to retreat or respawn.
That was easy enough, in theory. He could build in a resurrection spell, healing arrays, and more. The problem was that he had never tried to make one that could be worked remotely.
Then, he realized that he didn't actually have to make it activate remotely. All he had to do was make it transport you to a certain spot when it was activated.
The activation could be manual, or on physical death.
Then, it would pull your body, or all your body parts, inside, and immediately send you to the specified location, using stored mana.
