Since she can't tell him the direction that he went into that mansion to steal otherwise she fears that this might upset him after he is the one who freed her without asking anything in return in order for her not to steal anymore
Honestly, she would have liked it if this matter had been kept hidden but she knows she can't hide it otherwise she will have guilt for a lifetime when she knows she can save a poor soul right now
"I promise" Yoriichi replied to Nami as he agreed to her request instantly since he had no problem with it since he already knew where she had gone and for what objective
Not to mention he wasn't mad to begin with rather he was worried and now she seems to return safely even without a single injury, there isn't any reason for him to get angry or even upset

Nami released a sigh of relief after seeing how Yoriichi instantly agreed without a shred of doubt about why she was asking such things
