"Arrg, come on, Izanami, can't we talk about this in the morning? "The door opened, and Tsunade walked out holding her head in pain. For a person who is having a hangover, the worst that could happen is when someone wakes them up from their sleep.
If the person who woke her up wasn't Izanami, Tsunade would have given the first-hand experience package of the famed fists of the Senju clan.
And the only reason she made Izanami an exception is that she didn't want to get her ass spanked by her again.
Don't doubt it. If Izanami could do it one time, she could do it again. And Tsunade didn't really want to test that.
" No, " Izanami smiled as she answered Tsunade's question without a beat. Still, she used her own mind-calming technique to heal Tsunade from her hangover.
Usually, Tsunade would do this herself, but yesterday she drank a bit too much. And one she drank was a wine barrel specially imported from Japan, so the quality was top-notch, making her unable to hold back.
"So what did you want to say to me? "After feeling the effects of the mind-calming jutsu, Tsunade calmed down and asked curiously.

"So, in your opinion, Itachi is a good ninja, right? " Izanami asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Well, yeah, unlike a typical Uchiha, I don't see that arrogance and narcissism in him. So he is pretty good if you ask me, " Tsunade said honestly. She isn't like her second grandfather, who would curse every person if they had the surname Uchiha.
'Well, Tsunade, if you had seen what Itachi would do in the original timeline, you would definitely take your words back. ' Izanami thought inwardly. But for the bigger picture, Izanami kept these thoughts to herself.
And besides, with Kiyomi here, I'm sure Itachi would be fine and kept under the limit. After all, unlike Itachi, Kiyomi has love for her clan and knows when not to cross the line.

In this scroll, there are numerous ways on how the new root should operate and which clans would need to be present in the root.
And with the current situation for the root to operate, Tsunade would need to use her authority as Hokage to assign personnel. And in doing so, she would have to face off against a massive backlash.
The clan leader would definitely not stay idly by due to the past experiences Danzo had with them. They had seen how much damage the root had done to their clan members, and they would definitely not allow this to happen again in the future.
"Well, too bad you would have no choice but to do it since I have already given Itachi full access to the root base and told him to go to the Hokage office tomorrow to accept his new role. " Izanami said, making Tsunade just for a moment consider whether she should try and beat Izanami to the ground.
Is she even hearing herself right now? Izanami clearly used the Hokage's authority without even informing her. This is a capital crime in itself.
"Hey, Izanami, tell me honestly, do you even take me, the Hokage, seriously? " Tsunade, as she held her head in pain. She was on the verge of going on a rampage.
"Hmm, " Izanami tilted her head and said innocently, "Well, actually no. "
" You, " Tsunade's eyes almost turned red with anger. It would be one thing if she didn't say it, but hearing Izanami's words, Tsunade felt herself being slapped in the face.
'That's it, I'm going to beat this little shit even if it is the last thing I do, ' Tsunade thought as she rolled up her sleeves, ready to give Izanami a piece of her mind.
"I mean, aren't you basically running this village under the funds I give you regularly? So in one way, I own this whole village, so it is really hard for me to take you seriously. " Izanami said the obvious, making Tsunade's anger vanish immediately.
Tsunade really can't find any words to refute Izanami's claims. It is true that ever since Izanami came here, she has been sponsoring Konoha every month. And whenever Tsunade asked for more funds, Izanami didn't refuse and gave them generously.
It is because of Izanami's support that she managed to fill in the large hole in the village's economy. Or else Konoha would become the first ninja village to be destroyed due to financial strains.
