Under the gaze of countless cadets and officers, Nero stepped through the gates of KMA amidst a surge of swirling aether. Besides kicking up a small fuss, the swirling aether didn't do much so not too many paid attention to it. Instead, they were focused on the boy who had caused the strom.
Nero, of course, paid no attention to any of them. The difference in environment between the inside and outside of KMA was non-existent. There was only a mesh fence and a metal gate between the two, and everything else was the same.
Yet just like all the other cadets who had stepped in before him, Nero froze the moment he took his first step inside!
A silent, pervasive and dominant aura enveloped him - one that was too familiar and too alien at the same time.
