Yacob was writing down key points of information from the group he just dismissed. He was incredibly envious of a particular lad who had this quasi sub Mindspace where he kept a bunch of pets with him at all times.
That one was basically Yacob's dream power. To be able to walk around with all his creatures at once... But he was a realist and didn't fantasise for too long, his current ability was more than enough and he loved his beasties and his job so he couldn't feel too bad about it.
There were a lot of oddball powers this year. He couldn't help noticing. From body alteration, one man could turn his left arm into a hardened spear that could pierce through metal and woman sprouted wings on her back and began flying around, something that would have prompted cause for DNA tests, but she has had multiple while here and is 100% human.
