Opening the door to the hallway, Gabrielle stumbled into my chest, as she must have been leaning against the door. "Are you ok?" I asked as she regained her balance. "Yes, thank you. I'm just glad you caught me."
I patted her arm gently hearing this and smiled. I then turned back into the room and declared. "Ok, Hailey, see you within the next few days. Have a good night."
"Likewise, take care Apollo." She said calmly, prompting Gabrielle to look between the two of them with great suspicion. She watched as Apollo began walking down the hall for a few moments before shutting the door.
"Out with it. What happened?" Gabrielle declared, bull rushing towards Hailey. Hailey was sitting in her chair, her face lacking any and all emotion. "I have no idea what you are talking about?"
"Balderdash! Tell me what Apollo said to you about your attempts to stick your tongue down his throat." Gabrielle demanded, slamming her hands down on the desk.
