On arriving inside, the guards checked her bag and allowed her through. They wondered what someone was doing here with a cat but didn't voice the question out loud.
With hurried steps, Alix went in the direction of the loud noise and that was where she met the producer of the show, pd Fong Zi.
"Producer." She approached him, and called.
"Left, turn it left." The producer was yelling at someone.
He turned, saw Alix and acknowledged her with a slight nod of his head.
"You are finally here miss Lin. For a moment there I thought you had ditched us and I almost called madam Yura. Director Mu, come and take a look at the little superwoman."
Someone popped up from behind the producer. It was a woman in a black hat with the words boss boldly written across. She had dark circles around her eyes which Alix noticed immediately.
"Oh!, the small but mighty one. I lobbied hard to get you on the show." She pushed the producer out of the way and held out her right hand to Alix.
