Aether and Helena were cuddling each other on the bed... after a long, aching time of longing... they simply couldn't hold it back anymore. Their bodies were tangled so tightly, not even the air dared to pass between them. Their hearts pounded in rhythm, almost as if the universe had held its breath just for this moment.
Helena let out a soft chuckle, feeling the intensity of his hold. She could sense it in every inch of his grip, see it in the glassy warmth of his eyes—he had missed her, missed her far too much.
Aether gazed at her with a deep, tender warmth as he leaned in, brushing his nose against hers and whispered gently, "You know what 'That' meant... right?" His voice was soft, almost reverent, as though the words were a sacred prayer meant only for her ears.
