The newly transplanted tea trees have grown lush and verdant, clearly benefiting from the high transportation cost, which meant they were dug up with large root balls, minimizing root damage, and thus they have adapted excellently.
Now everyone, holding scissors and looking at the flourishing branches, hesitated a little:
"The scent is quite pleasant, but if we prune them, won't it affect the yield?"
"It won't."
Song Tan, not one for empty pleasantries, pointed at the small fruit already hanging from the branches:
"The fruit is already on the branches, so as long as they get enough nutrition later, it'll be fine. Pruning them appropriately now will actually be beneficial."
Moreover, they were only trimming a few branches to put in vases, just a little bit from each tree, which was hardly any effort.
Everyone's interest was piqued instantly!
Not to mention, wandering through the mountain forest and lightly trimming the branches creates a poetic sense of romance.
