After the talk Kyoshi and fushizawa tied up the last bandit. Fushizawa asked him why did he keep him alive Kyoshi just answered that he is going to be a great asset in the future.

In the village chiefs compound when they returned fushizawa heard that toji was searching for him so he got away to meet him.
And Kyoshi just got to his office. As Kyoshi sat down in his office he saw the amount of souls he had.

The bandit leader gave him five souls the the remaining two genin ninjas each gave him two souls. As he saw the amount of souls he had he just thought the more powerful the being is the more soul he gets thing about this he just blankly stared at the screen as it reflected his face on it.
When suddenly a huge pain and nausea came in from his head he got to the bathroom he started vomitting and coughing up blood.
It was the conditions of the bell he used because after the initial use these headache and constant nausea were the conditions.
Now that he has fully used the bell it disappeared because of its limited usage.
In the afternoon there were many people in the guest hall of the chiefs house. They were the elders of the village.They were here to discuss the details of tomorrows meeting.
After Kyoshi came in and explained the "details" of tomorrows meeting. Some of the elder said.
- Isn't it a bit too early chief are you sure you have the necessary resources for that.
- Yeah. What you said needs a lot of resources for that not only that won't it be a waste if we do not invest them in getting ninjas and only normal persons.
- Don't worry about it I am giving it from my personal resources and the responsibility of them not being a ninja will also fall on me.

This time the elders all agreed with him before Kyoshi could leave at least by doing this they can show that they are at least with him.
After the meeting many elders just talked about their daily lives.
In the cheifs house as Kyoshi was about to go into the office toji called him and said that elder Hiroshis son has come to meet him.
In the office opposite to Kyoshi was sitting a man that looked no more than 30 hia face resembling that of elder Hiroshis face if he was younger.
Kyoshi started the talk.
- How are you you are just like him.

After Kyoshi asked the question the man's face seemed to crumble as he said in a disappointed sigh.

The next day
In the market Kyoshi was standing on top of a wooden platform and all the elders were sitting behind him. In front of him all the villagers of the village were staring at Kyoshi.
They were excited to hear what he says.
Kyoshi first sees them and says.
- Greetings to the fellow villagers. I you're chief has come here today to ask for you're cooperation today. As I've asked before that everyone that's going to help I will remember this for all of my life.
- So, I am going to tell you about something about the village today. Our village has no soldiers to enforce laws to fight enemies or to build it. In fact it the only "soldiers" that we have are the three behind me.
As villagers listened to him they thought what he would ask for.
- Today I am not just here to ask you but the young heroes that are with you. Young heroes today see at the barren fields that used to feed us see the river that used to quench our thirsts. But today there are people that wants to see this place crumble to dust.
- But within all of you lies the seed of courage and bravery. It is only for these things that our village still stands. And young heroes this courage and bravery does not only mean to just protect you're family and loved ones. But true bravery is when you give you're all for you're village.
- Make you're village proud so you and you're parents and siblings will be known as heroes for the next generation. Freedom is a fragile thing don't take this for granted.
- It will depend on you're choice if you're sons and daughters will be the heroes for the next generation or to just live a life as a farmer.

After the speech ended elder Nobura came up and continued.
- We will be opening new position for the village soldiers from next year. The requirements are to be physically able and be in the age between 10 to 20. Those that join will not have to worry about getting food three times a day.....
As the speech continued and all the elders gave their own speech it was already evening. After the speech ended.
All the elders were back in Kyoshis guest hall talking about what they will do now and also praising Kyoshi to no end for his fascinating speech there.
Kyoshi said nothing and as all the elders said they're goodbye to Kyoshi. He also stood up and left the empty hall
