In the chiefs compound Infront of a wooden platform hundreds of children were sitting looking at the person on top of it.
It was fushizawa he was wearing a black uniform he looked at the Children below with a serious and confident look, completely different from the previous fushizawa who had a little bit of naivety on him.

All the students seeing this were very excited it was first time in their lives that they have seen things like these not to mention that even the nervous kids were excited seeing how things work out here.
- "Now, there are three ways to earn talent points. First is the daily distribution we will distribute 10 talent points a day to all students for the first year.
We are doing so that all of you will be accustomed to this system first.
And the second way to earn talent points is to take missions. Missions will be hung in a board like here.
The missions will have a difficulty from F class to S class. F being the lowest and S being the highest.
From F to D class the missions will be about accomplishing various tasks of the village.And starting from C class the missions will be combat oriented.
Well, As you are only in the first year the highest level missions you can get is C class.

- " As I have already said that TP is the most important thing here. When I mean important I meant everything here is dependent on this.
I have already told you about how you will get 10 TP every day for the first year.
Now also hear about your daily expenditure.
Breakfast and Dinner will cost 2 TP every day. As long as you don't personally cancel them 2 TP will automatically be deducted every day.
Also TP will be deducted every time you get penalty or you break any rules like if you miss a training session in the morning 3 TP will be deducted. If you don't have any TP it will go into minus. In that state every time you gain a TP it will be automatically be deducted to repay off that TP and if a certain amount of TP is in minus you will get a very severe punishment.
Without TP if you get injured or even die of hunger we will not glance a single time at you."
