"Mm." Bo Siye nodded, then looked at Little Pet again. "Feeling a bit sorry for her?"
"She may be bad, but she's also pretty pitiful. Her family must be really terrible." Bo Chong'er wasn't uneasy, she just felt a trace of sympathy.
"The moment she decided to do something bad, she had to think about the consequences. Besides, if we let it slide this time, it might actually be the worst thing for her. When bad people think the cost of doing bad things is low, it usually encourages the evil side."
While Bo Siye was talking her through it, he finished making up her bed.
The apartment had been bought last night. Early this morning the Housekeeper had people come over to replace the entire set of furniture and do two thorough cleanings, but Bo Siye was still used to personally putting clean sheets on Pet's bed himself.
After tucking in all the corners, he straightened up and said with a pampering smile, "All done, you can sleep now."
