The two of them walked slowly along the small garden of the hospital. The weather was great, and Lu Yunxi was in a good mood.
She stroked her high, round belly, now needing to support her back with one hand while walking, which seemed to help ease the weight.

As he tied her shoelace, he said, "Xi'er, you really shouldn't wear shoes with laces. What if I didn't notice and you tripped?"
Lu Yunxi raised an eyebrow at his nagging. Just then, the baby kicked her belly, making a small bump appear, and she immediately laughed.
Quan Tianyou finished tying her shoelace, stood up, and looked at her, asking, "Xi'er, what's so funny?"
"Tianyou, the baby is in a hurry to come out!"
Lu Yunxi took his big hand and placed it over the little bump to feel the baby's movement.
"See, she knows you're the dad and isn't afraid at all!"
