The conquest of the elven domain was at a standstill, so Litrakq, who had tried, but simply couldn't simply manifest solutions out of thin air, decided that it was time to play the long game.
They wanted to stay defensive? Then she would let them do so, dirt-blood presence would be maintained, but incursions would be nothing more than showmanship, they would reduce greatly, and in the meanwhile, the monstrous army would focus on further expanding its means.
Numbers would increase, equipment would increase in quality, the talented dirt-bloods would be trained extensively, the reanimated corpses would be further improved upon… If the elves insisted on remaining stalwart in their tactic, then that's all Litrakq needed to do, she simply needed to outlast them.
How long this would take however… It was hard to tell, but she knew that this was all a test, if she wanted to walk the path of eternity, then she would need to do her best to accomplish the mission given to her.
