It might be more accurate to say that the Divine Realm wasn't just one realm. It was a realm greater than the rest, and it supported many smaller realms, though each of them was actually the manifestation of a deity's or otherwise divine being's powers.
It was akin to King Nitok's domain ability. Only that, rather than an innate trait they were born with, it was a trait acquired from ascending to the level they currently were… Another boon of divine energy.
Indeed, a genuine deity not only gained the equivalent of a domain ability, but they also gained access to what was basically a zone. It was done by simply expressing their divine attribute within a certain area.
Loimos knew everything that he could know about the Divine Realm and its inhabitants. Every bit of information that was available to him had been learned. And naturally, the unknown was not something worth being wary of as an undead. The Pale Lady was the Unknown itself.
