Lucille Austin noticed Carson's expression and explained, "Mr. Flores, are you puzzled? Aren't we the Demon Race? Why would we hunt demons?"
Carson laughed, "I am indeed a bit confused since I've never been to the Heavenly Demon Continent before, so I'm not familiar with the local customs. If I've offended, please don't mind, Master Austin."
Lucille smiled and waved her hand, explaining, "There are countless members of the Demon Race on the Heavenly Demon Continent, but not every Demon Cultivator adheres to the laws of the Demon Race after gaining wisdom. Due to the nature of their species, many demons are violent, fond of slaughter, and act recklessly. Even after transforming, they remain the same."
