Chapter 177 - Chapter 175

Underworld

At the front of Gremory Estate.

The grand estate has elegant multi-story buildings featuring arched balconies and classical details. The front courtyard is paved with stone paths, surrounded by lush greenery, flowering plants, and climbing vines, creating a peaceful and refined atmosphere under a bright red afternoon sky with soft clouds.

In this beautiful courtyard, there are 5 major figures from the Devil Faction and the Fallen Angel Faction. There are also other devils in this courtyard group together who are just sitting or on their knees. There are also other devils scattered around just standing guard,

The first one is the red-haired Satan named Sirzerch Lucifer, who is happily talking about random shit to Fallen Angel Azazel, who is the leader of the Fallen Angels or Grigori.

Sirzechs is wearing his usual shoulder pads and cape, while Azazel is wearing a long crimson coat with belts and a deep open collar that reveals his chest.

"You really need to work on your womanizing trait. My men near your Grigori headquarters are complaining about you being a homewrecker," Sizerchs said with a sigh.

"What can I say, my charm is irresistible that their wives are the ones who approach me for a night of passion." Azazel answers while laughing loudly.

"I advise you to do your womanizing endeavor in the human world because every time you do that, they complain to me about you, and I don't have a choice but to let my subordinate appease/compensate them," Sirzechs explained.

"How about we complete our peace treaty deal as compensation for all the trouble?" Azazel said with a smirk.

Sizechs stared at Azazel before saying, "I'll think about it, but don't expect us to say yes."

"Hoh..." Azazel said while thinking to himself, "In the past, you were so eager to achieve this peace treaty. Even though you're strong, you're willing to do this just to maintain the devil population." He had been pushing this peace treaty ever since the Sizechs and the company. demanded the Stray Fallen Angel list from them. To add to that, they're also too willing to make the Old Satan Faction go to war with Grigori, even with the risk of reducing pure blood devil population even more.

"Don't bother with that peace talk bullshit with them. If it's a war they want! we'll give them war," The third figure, who is wearing all black, said.

"Maa, Maa, Maa, calm down, Kokabiel, we can't afford another war with the Devil, especially with Angels above watching us." Azazel tried to calm down the third figure in black named Kokabiel.

Kokabiel is a tall, sinister-looking man with long black hair, sharp elven ears, and glowing red eyes that give him a cruel, confident expression. Draped in dark, flowing robes, he spreads large black wings behind him.

"Then we'll drag them down," Kokabiel replied while manifesting a holy light sword in his hand. "Just say Azazel, I'll start with this fake Lucifer," He pointed his sword as he threatened to attack Sizechs.

Sizechs who were calm and all smiling didn't feel threatened at all, didn't react, but the fourth figure did, as demonic magic suddenly burst forth with intensity from the fourth figure, making her presence known to the group.

"Grayfia..." Sirzechs' uttering, making the fourth figure, who is none other than Grayfia, the Maid of the Gremory household and the Strongest Queen. The woman followed Sizech's instruction with ease. If this weren't a diplomatic meeting, she would have retaliated as soon as Kokabiel threatened Sirzechs.

"Kokabiel, deactivate your magic." The fifth figure whose name is Baraqiel.

"You don't get to order me," Kokabiel replied.

"If you don't lower your weapon! I'll make you" Baraqiel shouted back while his hands started crackling with lightning. "I don't want you to ruin my chance of meeting my daughter again and possibly my wife, too." He thought so too.

"Come on then," Kokabiel replied with fury, but Azazel, who was watching things unfold, told both of them to stop before things escalated to the worst situation.

Both of the Fallen Angel Cadre follow the leader of Grigori without a second thought.

"Sorry about that, I hope this doesn't affect your opinion of the peace treaty between our faction, hehe," Azazel replied like a scammer.

Sizechs just laughed lightly and didn't reply because a surprise sixth figure just ran out of the mansion, not wearing her usual pink magical girl outfit; she was wearing a dark green buttoned blouse with a pink neck ribbon and a knee-length dark skirt, giving her a neat yet playful appearance.

"I ran out as soon as I felt a strong demonic aura. Did I miss something?" Serafall said with curiosity.

Sizechs look towards Kokabiel and Baraqiel before saying, "You didn't miss anything."

"Meh," Serafall just shrugs.

"Where do we meet them??" Sirzechs asked.

"Sona-tan told me to meet them at Akeno-chan's Shinto temple," Serafall answered.

Baraqiel celebrated internally after hearing that and thinking to himself that this is the perfect chance to get closer to his daughter. Using her to maybe talk to his wife again and give her a proper explanation of what happened that day when she visited.

Azazel stared at this dude while hoping he wouldn't make a scene. He then turned towards the group of devils in a kneeling position. This group of devil are wearing prisoner clothes with some kind of anti-magic collar. "I've been meaning to ask… what are they here for?" He inquired with curiosity.

"Our friend needs these prisoners… to deal with the stray Fallen Angels on your list," Sirzechs answered. He already informed Azazel about Oreki helping the devil faction to eliminate the Fallen Angels wreaking havoc in their territory.

"Now I'm curious about what your friend's method is to hunt my Fallen Angels." The leader of the Fallen said.

"Stray Fallen..." Sirzechs corrected, "But I, too, am curious as to what he intends to do. Sirzechs said with a smile.

"Then what are we waiting for?! Let's go!! I wanna hug Sona-tan to recharge my energy~!" Serafall said while bubbly bouncing.

Sirzechs gave a nod and said, "Grayfia… if you please."

"Grayfia stepped forward, placing herself between the major players and the prisoners to enhance the teleportation magic. Yet before she could complete the spell, a snapping sound split the air, and suddenly, they were gone from the courtyard."

The only ones left are the Devils guarding the prisoners. Their reaction after seeing their bosses vanish suddenly is just confusion, but they get rid of it as soon as possible, before they start patrolling the estate again.
