But how could Raki Orochi handle Arthur so confidently? His dismissive attitude completely infuriated Arthur.

Raki Orochi stood there, his entire body exuding an intimidating aura, surrounded by several soldiers.

When Raki Orochi let out a thunderous roar, it was so overwhelming that everyone nearby instinctively covered their ears, stunned by its sheer force.

This was clearly the power of Raki Orochi's Observation Haki at work.

"Not bad," Raki Orochi sneered, noticing Arthur's composure. "You've got some skill—better than I expected. I thought you were just some no-name weakling. But now, I can see you're not completely useless. I must say, I'm somewhat impressed."

Arthur remained unfazed by Raki Orochi's abilities, even nodding slightly as if in approval. However, this condescending reaction only made Raki Orochi angrier.

He couldn't believe Arthur's arrogance. Ordinary people would have fainted at the sight of his true form, yet Arthur seemed entirely unimpressed.

For anyone else, facing him would have been terrifying. But who was Arthur? Even though he possessed a Logia-type Devil Fruit, his confidence was something else entirely. Did he really think no one could bring him down?

Raki Orochi growled, "You think just because you have a natural Devil Fruit, you're untouchable? Don't get ahead of yourself! Even if you manage to hold your ground for now, what's your plan after that? Do you really believe you can win?"

He continued, his voice dripping with menace, "I'll give you one chance—surrender and accept your fate. Otherwise, I promise you, we won't show any mercy."

Arthur from the Raki Orochi Attack Division was already feeling quite irritated, but despite Raki Orochi's intimidating presence and reputation, he still couldn't measure up to Arthur. This realization left Raki Orochi feeling both humiliated and enraged.

It was obvious that Arthur's abilities were superior. Even though Raki Orochi's arrogance wouldn't let him admit it fully, deep down, he knew the truth.

"Stop spouting nonsense," Arthur said with a smirk. "If you were truly capable, you would've already knocked me down by now. But the fact remains—you haven't. That just proves you're not strong enough to defeat me.

What are you boasting about? Only when you actually beat me will I acknowledge your strength. Until then, you're just unworthy of the position you hold. Honestly, Wano deserves someone better—someone like me—as its leader."

Arthur's words, spoken so casually, enraged Raki Orochi even more. His entire body turned a faint shade of red as his anger boiled over, and his murderous intent caused him to charge at Arthur with increased speed.

However, Arthur's speed was on a completely different level. Before Raki Orochi could even reach him, Arthur transformed into lightning, disappearing into the air and mocking him with his agility.

As Raki Orochi flailed in frustration, Arthur couldn't help but laugh. He raised an eyebrow and added with a teasing tone, "I just said that casually, but look at you—you're furious! This place is falling apart anyway. Even if you begged me, I wouldn't take over. My ambitions are far greater than this."

Though his words were a clear insult to Wano, Arthur spoke with absolute sincerity.
