The child felt very proud after hearing Arthur's words.

"In the entire Grand Line and the New World, no island is as powerful as ours. After all, our island is the only one that can float in the sky."

Hearing Xiao's words, Arthur nodded, showing interest in the island. Seeing this, Xiao decided to take Arthur to her home. However, when they arrived, she frowned and turned to look at him.

"Do you know why I didn't want you to come here? It's because the king ruling our land is not the original king.

This king is cruel and has a very powerful army. That's why outsiders are usually not allowed to enter—it's for their own safety..."

Arthur listened to Xiao's words and then smiled.

"A cruel king, huh? That must make life really hard for the people here.

Since I've come all this way, I should do something to help them and get rid of this threat."

"It's fine. I'll defeat this tyrant. Take me to him—there won't be any problems."

Xiao looked at Arthur with a confused expression. He seemed like an ordinary person, so she couldn't understand how he planned to defeat such a powerful ruler.

But after hearing Arthur's words and receiving candy from him, Xiao felt a bit sad. Still, she led Arthur forward.

When they reached the front, a massive moat came into view.

In the middle of the moat stood a huge castle, completely surrounded by towering walls. The castle itself was enormous, giving off an intimidating presence.

Seeing this, Arthur couldn't help but be a little surprised. The ruler of this place seemed truly cruel. And how did he know? Because flying high above the castle was a pirate flag.

Arthur immediately realized what this meant. The so-called king of this land was actually a pirate. The skull emblem on the flag was clear as day.

Arthur turned to Xiao and asked,

"Wait… isn't the king here just a pirate? What happened to your real king? If he couldn't even defeat some pirates, was he really worthy of ruling this country?"

As soon as Arthur said this, Xiao's face turned red with anger. Without hesitation, she smacked Arthur on the head.

Then, they floated up into the air again.

Now, both of them were hiding in a bush, completely unaware of what was happening inside the castle.

"You have no right to talk about our former king like that!" Xiao snapped. "You don't even know how great he was! I won't let you insult him—he was the best king we ever had!"
