The child felt very proud after hearing Arthur's words.

Hearing Xiao's words, Arthur nodded, showing interest in the island. Seeing this, Xiao decided to take Arthur to her home. However, when they arrived, she frowned and turned to look at him.

Xiao looked at Arthur with a confused expression. He seemed like an ordinary person, so she couldn't understand how he planned to defeat such a powerful ruler.

When they reached the front, a massive moat came into view.

"Wait… isn't the king here just a pirate? What happened to your real king? If he couldn't even defeat some pirates, was he really worthy of ruling this country?"
As soon as Arthur said this, Xiao's face turned red with anger. Without hesitation, she smacked Arthur on the head.
Then, they floated up into the air again.
Now, both of them were hiding in a bush, completely unaware of what was happening inside the castle.
"You have no right to talk about our former king like that!" Xiao snapped. "You don't even know how great he was! I won't let you insult him—he was the best king we ever had!"
