It was as if the crazy Lycan former queen hadn't expected any of this and the fact that it was her daughter being that proud of what she was saying was messing with her head. She couldn't be blamed though.


This was not how Izanami had thought she would be back home or even welcomed openly like that.


Maybe because she had expected a weaker version of Sakura; a woman who had been ruined by the heartbreak of what she had just said and there in front of her was a woman who was undeterred by the fact that her doom was near and that she was ready for whatever the fuck was headed her way.
