Sakura stared at her mother like this wasn't the time for all this. But then again, Sakura was still bleeding, something that she had been determined to hide from Kiyomi regardless of how much it hurt to be in that state.
Maybe because even up until this moment, Sakura believed in preserving the good doctor's innocence. Or maybe she just didn't want to be the reason the good doctor had a broken heart.
It was pathetic a move for her, but Sakura was a determined woman, she would do what she wanted and she would get whatever the fuck she wanted.
Perhaps this time would be the last time she breathed, but at least she had managed to get her life ended by the woman she had worn to love until the very end, right?
Perhaps she should have specified which end she had been emptying for because right now this one didn't seem so welcoming for her especially when mercy was a thing of the past and her illusions were finally coming to life in the worst of ways.
