She was dead serious, and Lord Otaru held back a snicker.


He didn't want to be the victim of her busy mouth, even though he wondered what she would be like when she was cursing at him. He had interacted with crazy women all his life, so this was never going to be an exception.


Still, the thought itself was a bit amusing to say the least.


"You'll get me into trouble, you silly girl," the Tavern master sighed.


He was looking at Lord Otaru, silently apologizing for the mess the Lycan enforcer had walked into. It wasn't intentional, truly, and clearly the tavern master had no control over what Kuangxin wanted to do, so that was not on him.
