An abandoned factory, a group of potentially armed extremists, illegal drugs—this exercise scenario seems like the most clichéd and common type, widely used in various cliché TV dramas.
In the exercise, the Horn Class, acting as the police team, is assumed to be unaware of the number and firepower of the opponents, only knowing that there are a considerable number of criminals. Therefore, they are there to investigate and arrest, without requesting the SWAT team's intervention. This is also to test their response to unexpectedly encountering heavily armed bandits during an operation. Of course, in reality, the Horn Class is just not carrying heavy firepower, but they know the number of people inside the Northern Second Class and their weaponry situation.
From this point of view, the Horn Class, as the "attacking side," has an intelligence advantage.
The exercise is based on real combat, with the factory open from all directions for attacks and no script arrangements.
