Bai Xiaosheng had just finished briefing Lin Weiwei, Lei Ying, and the eight secretaries and assistants, then left his office, thinking of visiting Lu Cheng'an at the hospital.
Bai Xiaosheng had made an appointment with them yesterday, and now it was about time.
However, as Bai Xiaosheng was going downstairs, he received a phone call from the hospital first.
The call was from Lu Cheng'an's family, who apologized saying an expert team from Europe arrived sooner and the treatment scheduled two days later was brought forward.
Unfortunately, Bai Xiaosheng could not visit the patient today.
Bai Xiaosheng immediately said over the phone it was fine, and they gave him a new visiting time.
Bai Xiaosheng returned the way he came and went back to his office.
After going back and forth, it took about an hour in the headquarters building. When Bai Xiaosheng pushed the door open and entered the office, it was a scene of laughter inside.
