[3rd POV]
Preparing for the resistance wasn't that difficult for her. Not when she now had an entire territory under her absolute divine control. An army of millions of androids that was rapidly growing in power and size, with her clones moving all over the place upgrading existing once, and creating more and more factories to create entirely new ones.
The preparing aspect was more so her going to the other two territories that were untouched, the ones that she could take over without fear or anything. The territory of the Undead and the Annihilation Wave. Both of them housing an immense amount of creatures within, creatures that she had control over, and would be able to grow and evolve just like the droids had.
This was the lands known as the "Deadlands" a large territory that was bigger than "Perfection" and the other of the three territories, New Xandar. The land was only slightly bigger than them, but still big enough that Gwen was more than happy to conquer it.
And conquering it had not been difficult at all. With the lands being large but largely weak in comparison to what she had obtained thanks to her conquest of "Perfection". The territory known as the Deadlands had been conquered by her after a week of moving through it, as she slowly conquered every bit of land.
She had done this by extending her power as the God of Death over them, she was also the Primordial of Death, but didn't have absolute control in it like the actual Death had. She would have absorbed the entity if she could find the damned thing. But Death was not interested in talking with her, even now.
Probably more so fearful of God Emperor Doom. Who even now, after the conquest of the three lands was over, was still trying to get into her barrier and find out what the hell was going on. She could feel his continued attempts at breaching it, but the barrier was absolute.
It was not the sort of barrier she could safely have up during a fight, making it quite situational, and hard to use in any other case than the one she was in.
The conquest of the Deadlands had been a huge help for her. As using her power over the dead, she now had an army of hundreds of millions at her beck and call. And thanks to that, she began to rapidly evolve and grow them, primarily the normal ones.
She knew various serums that could mutate and evolve the undead afterall. So, using this, she had synthesized and weaponized hundreds of new viruses, poisons, and serums. Using all these different serums, she had been turning them into what was basically massive mutating gas storms that traveled over the lands, mutating every single one in her territory.
They were now far stronger, faster, and smarter than before. With poisons and viruses running through their veins. One scratch or bite from them and you're fucked. It wouldn't turn anyone into a zombie, not anymore, but it would make it so that they cannot do anything.
Basically the ultimate poison and paralysis. With a bit of mind control added in thanks to the viruses that she had added in.
Each of the zombies was roughly the same level of power as the Droids. But, they had the added in adaption capabilities that she gave them. The ability to adapt to most situations at rates surpassing the ultron droids, giving them the edge in that area.
Whereas the androids could just create new and superior versions in the future, making it a sort of equal trade off in certain ways.
The leader of the Deadlands, which was a dead Magneto, had been working closely to Ultron in order to weaponize their very lands. And to connect them through manipulation and control over the sea that was separating them.
The last of the lands, New Xandar, had been just as easy to conquer as the other two. And the creatures inside, the ones that make up the Annihilation Wave, were a bit harder to mutate than that of the Dead. But, she managed it in the end.
Unlike the other two, Gwen had made the annihilation wave specialize in psychic energies and powers, as well as manipulating dimensional energies. Granting each and every single one of them the power of each of the Fantastic Four, but at an even stronger level than what they usually portrayed.
Basically an army of super powered monsters with the power of the Fantastic Four.
As she waited for the people from Earth 616 and 1610 to appear in their Life Rafts, Gwen was forced to continue to strengthen her army in the three lands, as well as strengthen herself through the means she had.
She knew that the Life Rafts that were on Battleworld would not actually open up until 8 years had passed. But she had sat in the void for a lot longer than what it actually seemed, something she had done on purpose, so that she would appear on Battleworld only a month before the Life Rafts would open.
She was able to do this thanks to her mind and her perception of time and how little it has begun to matter to her. She was caring less and less about it, and was becoming increasingly untouched by it's control over her mind and it's limits.
She suspected that the moment she absorbs and kills Doom and obtains his power, she would likely ascend into something higher. Her mind would become omnipresent throughout time, so she would exist in the minds of her past selves and future selves, sort of like one persons mind throughout all of time.
Even if her past selves wouldn't know, her future ones would.
And if absorbing the God Emperor Doom would not, then using the next level of tickets would absolutely. Afterall, they would be tickets that would range from Complex Multiversal in power all the way up to High Outerversal.
That level had beings like Featherine Augustus Aurora, Lucifer Morningstar, Nyarlathotep, The Scarlet King, and God Damn Sun Wukong.
THE Sun Wukong from myth. The true one. The one that can make infinite clones, has like 8 different forms of true immortality, and is only weaker than Buddha.
And Buddha? The one that was talked about? That one is Omnipotent, and she was very very certain that the being that was shown in Journey in the West, Buddha, was the same being that ruled over all of existence. The creator of the System.
God.
But first she would need to kill Doom to get that power, and she needed to wait for the Life Raft people to wake up before then. That, and she wanted her army to be ready. As while she could use her clones or use her semblance, she didn't want to waste an ounce of her personal power on the armies that were under Doom.
She wanted to have all of her power specifically to kill him.
That, and she needed someone to distract Doom while she spoke with Molecule Man, and Reed Richards was literally the only person that she knew that could actually do that.
At the moment Gwen was sat in the throne room her new "Subjects" had built her, staring off into the distance as she saw that the events of Secret Wars were going to be beginning very soon, and once that happened...
So too would her plans.
And seeing that fact, Gwen could only smile, one thought on her mind as she saw it all.
'Only a little bit longer...and then it will all be over with'
