"Going to work!"
Qin Mu said softly.
"You're awake?"
Qin Mu asked him again.
"Yeah! Going to work this early? Why didn't you wake me up?"
Mu Yichen sat on the edge of the bed, rubbing his temples with one hand, still feeling a bit hungover from the drinks he had with the guys last night.
"Oh! I—you were quite drunk last night! So I didn't want to disturb you and let you rest a bit more!"
Qin Mu thought to mention she had returned home last night, but she figured since President Mu wasn't aware, why bother mentioning it?
"Well, you're quite considerate of me!"
Mu Yichen murmured, feeling a terrible headache, grumbled into the phone, "Those guys dared to get me drunk together yesterday, really think they're grown-up now!"
"Which guys? Wasn't it just you, Qiao Yi, Zhao Huai, and Jiang Zhiyuan?"
"Plus a few guys your age."
Mu Yichen lay back down, eyes closed, pinching his brow while speaking to Qin Mu.
