All of these elements sent a single message to Gaven: wealth and safety.
Knowing full well that everything before him was an illusion, after spending some time here, Gaven found it hard to treat them as mere phantoms, for everything was so real; not only their tactile sensations but also their interactions and reactions.
They were each vivid individuals, with their own joys and sorrows and memories, giving Gaven the impression that everything was far more than just a simple illusion, as if he'd truly traveled through time and become Anka.
Having experienced time travel before, Gaven knew this was impossible.
