Clang! Clang! Clang!
The familiar sound of the bell chimed from the small monastery not far from the village and town.
It was a notice to the farmers that nightfall was approaching and they should head home early.
It also informed the priests that it was time for prayers.

That small monastery was where Gaven had taken her away over a year ago.
"Let's go, we're going down." Gaven said directly, heading downward.
"No... no... please don't..." Anna shook her head repeatedly, her face full of struggle.
This emotion is known as 'a timid heart near home,' and she was experiencing it.
In the past, returning home was limited by distance.
But after achieving the Transcendent state, returning home was a matter of a single thought.
She still didn't do it because of this peculiar emotion.
"I was the one who took you away; today I have the duty to bring you back," Gaven said without room for negotiation, pulling Anna down with him.
