She interfered with the black sphere using the identity of the World's Will, and then the entire sphere suddenly exploded, causing Ling to halt her interference, appearing slightly dazed.

The exploding black sphere wasn't a fiery explosion but rather emitted white ripples that spread outward, sending subtle waves into the sky. Ling's interfering power dissipated under the ripples, and the Sky Mending chains were coated with a layer of ashen color under the influence of the ripples.
The white ripples had a large impact range, even affecting the area with chaotic time flow. The chaotic time flow area was visibly marked, and the appearance of time in those areas varied.
