The Tower Spirit chuckled wryly and sighed, before concentrating on guiding the altar.
"Lu Chuan, it's about to begin."
The Little Tower trembled, and countless streams of Spiritual Power erupted, infusing the altar. In moments, the altar seemed to come alive, and Lu Chuan faintly heard the sound of a heartbeat.
The heartbeat grew stronger, until finally, a portal suddenly appeared, like a gaping mouth, and swallowed Lu Chuan in an instant!
"Lu Chuan, be careful!"
The Tower Spirit's warning rang in his ears. Lu Chuan was baffled, but before he could speak, he experienced a dizzying whirlwind and the sensation of weightlessness spread throughout his body!
Looking around, there was nothing but whiteness, and Lu Chuan suddenly realized he was plummeting from the cloud-filled sky!
Even more troublesome, Lu Chuan was startled to find he couldn't harness his Spiritual Power!
