Jim and Elsie went down the set of stairs and straight back to Angel's desk, dodging more people she had sent up to find Igon. They waited a moment for her to finish with an adventurer that had come to report an outbreak of some monster somewhere north west of here. Requesting a couple parties of Iron and Silver ranked to clear them and save whatever outlying towns and villages were out there.
The man was brash in his demands. Shouting and yelling at her. Angel only smiled back and nodded, keeping her voice low whenever she spoke. That seemed to irk the adventurer more. He huffed and spun on his heels, stomping out of the building and slamming the Guild's doors behind him.
Most of the adventurers gave him the stink eye. A couple even approached Angel to make sure she was alright and it hadn't bothered her too badly.
Angel filed his report and made him sign a few papers before turning back to Jim and Elsie. "Back already?"
"Is it supposed to take longer?" Jim asked.
