"I did, but your dad just doesn't believe me, he stubbornly sees me as an enemy!" Ye Long said quite helplessly.
"Well, there's nothing I can do about it!" Mei shrugged and said.
"Alright, what I'm most worried about right now is you. As long as you're okay, that's enough for me. As for my own matters, I'll find a way myself!" Ye Long replied.
"Okay, by the way, I'm having lunch with my dad later, and Bella will be there too. You helped Bella find her biological father, she should be grateful to you. Do you want me to bring you along, and we can jointly plead with my dad for you to clear things up?" Mei looked at Ye Long and asked.
Ye Long shook his head and replied, "Forget it, your dad's attitude hasn't changed at all. I'd better not go, so as not to disrupt your reunion!"
