Lian Yeye came rushing with news, saying that Old Master Lian had been carried back.
"Yeye, what happened?" Lian Manman asked Lian Yeye.
"Sister Manman, didn't I go home to feed the pigs," Lian Yeye glanced at Lady He on the kang, and said.
"Second aunt, didn't you hear what Yeye said? Why aren't you moving?" Lian Manman asked Lady He again, upon hearing from Lian Yeye that Old Master Lian was in trouble, Lady He was still sitting on the kang without any intention of leaving.
"I..." Lady He pondered for a moment and then slowly got off the kang to put on her shoes, "Then let's all go together."
"You go back first." Lian Manman told Lady He, "Aren't you afraid of my grandmother scolding you? No one's working at home, and you're out wandering."
"I'm not wandering." Lady He mumbled, "The old lady doesn't have the time to scold me now."
