In the following days, Huo Sining and the others followed the senior staff from the Maritime Bureau to Xingting Reservoir. While explaining the maritime experience to the interns, the senior staff also informed them about the responsibilities of the Maritime Bureau for this competition.
Since Xingting Reservoir was to be the competition venue, the surrounding area began to be cleared. The organizers had already booked the whole reservoir area, and the Maritime Bureau was responsible for the safety of the watercraft, preventing pollution, inspecting and registering related water facilities, etc.
The work was extremely meticulous, but such matters cannot afford the slightest negligence.
