Serena stood in the centre of chaos, blood and limbs flying around as Lumina and the Demon Knights slaughtered the guards brought by the mainland's delegation.
'Will he get angry?' She thought back to Asmodeus, who had held her intensely the night before. The way his muscular arms crushed her back just enough that she felt sublime euphoria.
"This was the correct choice."
Lumina tapped Serena's shoulder while wiping the blood from her webbing with a smile.
"Because of this, he'll have to fight again..."
Serena worried about Asmodeus more than anything else. He fought and suffered for her, and she couldn't do anything other than keep him warm at night.
