"This is the Temporal Altar," the Chaos Divine Emperor explained. "I forged it by refining chaotic space and temporal fragments from the Chaos Continent.
"In this altar, years of training will pass like mere days in the outside world. Additionally, the altar's infusion of time space energy will enhance your comprehension of the heavens and earth, helping you avoid many detours on your path to enlightenment."
Xiao Ze's eyes widened with amazement. Such a construct could only exist in a top tier force like the Chaos Divine Hall.
The Chaos Divine Emperor continued, his tone growing serious.
"But heed this warning deep within the altar lies a puppet demon emperor, forged from a fellow demon emperor by one of the Heavenly Demon Emperors.
"I banished it there during the great war, unable to destroy it while battling four Heavenly Demon Emperors. Its strength has waned over time, but venturing too deep remains perilous."
Xiao Ze nodded solemnly. Testing the limits of his strength against such a foe was not in his plans.
Beginning the Preparation
After the Chaos Divine Emperor departed, Xiao Ze sat cross legged on the altar's edge, gazing into the misty void.
