She led Xiao Ze to a tranquil courtyard, knowing he wasn't one to appreciate overly extravagant palaces.
"Sounds good. When it comes to formations, locking yourself in isolation isn't the best approach," Xiao Ze agreed with a nod.

"Your gains are probably greater than mine," she muttered.
Xiao Ze chuckled but didn't elaborate. The exchange had indeed been fruitful he now felt confident in constructing formations at the Celestial grade level.
Preparing for the Gathering
"Enough about that," Xiao Ze said with a smile. "It's time to witness the Clan Martial Gathering."
Qing Yanjing nodded, leading him to the grand venue.
The event was held atop a towering peak that pierced the heavens, surrounded by a vast array of mountain ranges. Platforms of white jade, radiating an imposing aura, were arranged in tiers across the summit. Only the top superpowers of the Great Thousand World were permitted to occupy these prime seats.
Although the Origin Realm was not yet a top tier superpower, Xiao Ze's status as a Demon Suppression King of the Great Thousand Palace afforded him a spot on one of these prestigious platforms. Qing Yanjing guided him to one such pavilion.
"Are you not participating in the Clan Martial Gathering?" Xiao Ze asked, curious.
Qing Yanjing shook her head.
"No need. The Qing lineage is strong enough without me. Besides, as someone who just stepped into the Heavenly Sovereign realm, my role is better suited elsewhere."
She hesitated, then added with a sly smile, "Once the gathering is over, I'll be undergoing a very significant ceremony."
Xiao Ze raised an eyebrow. "What kind of ceremony?"
Clearing her throat, Qing Yanjing explained, "You're aware that the five great ancient clans each safeguard a Primal Physique, correct?"
Xiao Ze nodded. Aside from the Maha Clan, whose Primal Physique belonged to the Immortal Emperor, the other four clans all retained their own.
"Having such a treasure, we naturally make use of it. Any clansman who reaches the Heavenly Sovereign level is given the opportunity to claim mastery of the Primal Physique."
"And the Floating Tuo Clan's physique is known as the Endless Radiance Body!"
