Manman took advantage of the moment, leaned her head closer to Peng Fang, and whispered, "Remember everything now?"
"That day I ran into Lin Jiajing, and then... it all started coming back," Afang said softly.
"How did you just happen to run into Jiajing—" Manman looked puzzled.
"I used to really dislike her, but now, somehow, I feel like some of the things she said made a lot of sense. She's not as annoying as she used to be." Peng Fang chuckled.
Manman looked at her smile, which seemed relaxed, and felt relieved for her. She said, "It's good that you've figured things out. Even if you haven't, don't worry, you've got us to support you."
She silently looked at her and uttered, "Sister Manman."
"Hmm?"
"I'm more afraid that you would feel guilty about what happened. After all, none of it was your fault."
Manman was taken aback, then smiled, "If you have the time to worry about me, why not focus on healing your own injuries first."
