Bai Lu found a coffee shop next to the pharmacy to wait for them. Since Bai Lu's workplace was easy to find, the taxi brought Zheng Yuanjie and Xiaoma directly to Bai Lu's workplace entrance. The two walked across the pedestrian bridge and found the coffee shop Bai Lu mentioned.
This was probably the first time someone other than Zheng Yuanjie saw Xiaoma.
Xiaoma was a slightly shorter young man but had a handsome appearance. He had trendy short curly hair and wore a suit, his smile was disarmingly charming.
Bai Lu invited them to sit and asked Xiaoma how he caught the cold.
Zheng Yuanjie answered for Xiaoma, "It's probably because there's been a lot of haze lately. I told him to drink more herbal teas for clearing heat and detoxification, but he didn't have time to drink them, and somehow he started coughing. It's been a week and hasn't cleared up."
