Okay, so about another week or so had now passed. Which was just about how long it had been, since me and Sakura had gone and transformed the Mist Card into yet another Star Card. And this had also been how long since me and Sakura, had both had to use the Mist Card, in order to help us destroy some possessed fence bars. Because as it would happen, me, Sakura, and Li, had once again sensed the presence of Clow Reed. And as it just so happened, some fence bars had then suddenly proceeded to come to life from out of seemingly nowhere. To which they had then proceeded to act as though they had a mind of their own.
But as it would happen, as with regard to the current moment, this wasn't exactly on either me or Sakura's mind. Because well, as with regard to me and Sakura's current situation...
"I have to admit, I never knew that a festival like this for New Years, would wind up being so beautiful. And not too mention it being so much fun as well," I had proceeded to say in what was clearly a very cheerful sounding tone to my current tone of voice. Which as it would happen, both me and Sakura, were currently both dressed in very beautiful looking kimonos. And though this was now only the second time that I had worn a Kimono, it was still very comfortable to wear. But then...
"Hey Sakura, hey Zachary, how are you two enjoying the festival?" The still very much unmistakable sounding voice of Eli Moon, had proceeded to speak up over to me and Sakura with. And then, as both me and Sakura proceeded to turn our attention over towards Eli...
"Yes Eli, both of us are enjoying the festival, thank you very much for asking." Sakura had proceeded to say back over to Eli with in response. But, as with regard to me, I still didn't at all fully trust Eli. And also...
"I still don't know why I can't seem to trust Eli whenever I am around him. And I am still not happy with not knowing enough about him. But again viewers, that is what I get for choosing not to watch more then the first five episodes, before winding up here. I mean to be fair viewers, and yes this is Zachary here. It's not like I was expecting something like this to happen now was I? Now then viewers, I think that this is more then enough thought based fourth wall breaking from me for the current moment. Now then, lets now back to the current situation at hand, shall we?" I proceeded to at first say the first part of my statement over to Li. Which during while I had been doing the thought based part, I had proceeded to go and briefly turn my attention slightly over to my left, in order for me to briefly address the viewers.
Fast forward to a little later that night, after Eli had suggested to both me and Sakura, that we get each ourselves a fortune each. Which we had both wound up getting from a fortune machine, that had been at one of the many booths at the New Years Festival. And as it would happen, both me and Sakura were both currently sound asleep in our respective beds. But, even though we were both currently sound asleep, the dream that the both of us were currently having, was another whole matter in and of itself. And with regard as to why? Well you see, about that...
"Okay, what the heck is going on? And why do I currently feel so uneasy?" I proceeded to think out loud to myself from within the current dream that I was having. And yet, as I proceeded to look over to my right, I realized that Sakura was in fact also present alongside me. But then, as if we were now suddenly both in a trance like state, we both then proceeded to pull out our respective Star keys.
And as I then proceeded to quickly pull out the Dream Card. I already knew I wasn't going to need to say anything to Sakura. Because upon me proceeding to pull out the Dream Card, Sakura had was once again able to quickly catch on to my idea. And so without either of us having to exchange words between one another, we both then proceeded to call upon our respective Star staffs.
"Key of the stars, with powers burning bright, reveal the staff, and shine your light, Release!" Me and Sakura both chanted in unison. And after a sever gust of wind and sand. Both of our respective Star Keys expanded into our respective Star Staffs. Which was then followed by both of us then proceeding twirling them, and then finishing off with our usual battle ready poses.
I had then proceeded to throw the Dream Card up into the air, me and Sakura both then raised our respective Star staffs. "We call upon the power of our stars, ancient forces near and far, Dream Card discard your former might, and draw your power from our might, Star Card!" Me and Sakura both proceeded to chant together in unison. Which as the wings on each of our Star staffs proceeded to expand and grow outwards a little bit. This then prompted the Dream Card to stop spinning, which was then quickly followed by the new design to show up on both the front and the back of it. Which was blue on one side, and pink on the other. And as the Dream Card spirit appeared, and had then proceeded to quickly turn the dream space around me and Sakura, from being pitch black, to now suddenly becoming extremely blindingly bright. Which upon me and Sakura then proceeding to get temporarily blinded by it. Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to shoot up from having been asleep in our respective beds.
And it was only then, that I realized that the dream that both me and Sakura had just had, wasn't just an ordinary dream. But, rather then dwell on this, I simply just wound up breathing out a sigh of relief. Knowing that once again, me and Sakura had managed to transform yet another Clow Card, into a Star Card. But what neither of us knew, was that our journey as Cardcaptors, was only just beginning.
