Chapter 442 - Chapter CLXIII - Death Scythe (part 2)

"Everyone, please return to the village and protect this side with a wall... Things might get messy."

I said with a cold tone to them. At this point, I just couldn't joke around, or else the energy in my scythe will get released accidentally from losing focus.

If that happens, might as well say bye-bye to the entire one kilometer radius. The amount of energy that I inserted is just that powerful.

Everyone went to the village to escape, and Brod quickly covered the front side of the wall with even more walls. Emily added a layer of wind shield behind the wall just in case the wall got destroyed and the rocks were flying their way.

Meanwhile, the Elder dragon looks like it has finished its own charging.

The ball in front of its mouth becomes much smaller for a split second, and then an opening can be seen at the front side of the ball. And the next second, the opening got blasted open, and the pressurized content leaked out at high speed.

VWOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It fired the gigantic white-blue fire blaze at me at high speed, and everything in its way got reduced to atoms.

Meanwhile, I closed my eyes.

Time began to slow down, that even the dragon's fire blaze felt like it was coming incredibly slowly.

And while the time was slowing down, I deepened my focus.

Some say…

… that naming a technique is actually really stupid and self-centered.

Makes it cringy… and weird…

I mean, that dragon did name its attack so weirdly. And it sounded so ugly as a result.

But… for some reason…

I feel like I have to name this.

This grip…

This power,

It felt special.

The grip on my scythe became much harder, that veins can be seen popping out from my skin. As I swung the scythe forward, the air in its path can be seen being split, creating a powerful vacuum as a result.

When it reached the forty fifth degrees, I released the powerful mass of energy, and the scythe's blade started releasing them forward.

Theoretically, this level of energy and sharpness can rip the very space of our dimension. And yet, all I am targeting is a poor Elder dragon that just transformed.

And so… I began releasing.

"… Death scythe…"

My entire body glows red, but the scythe was long blinding the entire world.

The energy inside was released completely,

and I swung my scythe will all I got.

"… Scream."

ZIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the scythe was slashed, the entire surrounding became frozen. It was as if time itself was affected, and simply got frozen.

The dragon's fire blaze was already coming straight at me, but it stopped in the air when I swung the scythe.

I see…

I broke the rules of space and time.

RHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In an instant, everything around me, everything that was coming my way, suddenly got pushed back with no mercy as the loud scream splits everything in its way.

The full power from the scythe's slash caused everything in the way to oblivion. The ground, the wind, including the fire blaze and the dragon, got completely devoured.

The powerful slash was huge, and it goes all the way until the mountainous area behind the forest. It even slashed through the mountains and kept on going until the forest beyond.

The wind screamed very loudly thanks to it. The wind force from the slash pushed the trees away from its path and nearly destroyed the wall behind me.

Brod and Emily did their best to keep the wall up for cover from the explosive force of the slash. In the end, they barely managed to do it. The wind force coming after them is very powerful.

How is the shockwave that goes backwards this powerful? What about the ones on the trajectory?

The destruction stopped in the middle of the forest, just before the outer mountains that split the main land with the seas. The scream also disappeared after ten whole seconds, only a little bit before the destruction stopped.

The slash cuts through the mountain in front of me, completely annihilating an entire width of a mountain from one end to another. It also completely destroyed the other side of the mountain, where another dense forest is at.

After that long ten seconds of the scream, everything finally calms down.

The force of the wind calmed down, and the wind is already trying to flow normally again. Dust and pebbles began to fall back down to the ground while dust cleared out of the way from my point of view.

I threw my hair to the back from having it blocking my face, and I simply cannot move my glare away from the sight in front of me.

"Whew…"

I whistled at the scene right in front of me.

"I did not hold back at all…"
