This present is two sets of silver jewelry crafted by the master at the "Old Craftsman Silver House," commissioned by Xiao Ruo. Previously, she and Lady Shao had sent some food and supplies to every household in Houling Village. These silver jewelry sets were specially made for the village chief's wife and Sister-in-law Mei Hua, without the other villagers' knowledge, to avoid misunderstandings.
Upon seeing the complete sets of silver jewelry, the village chief's wife and Sister-in-law Mei Hua were both taken aback: "Xiao Ruo, we can't accept this. You've already sent so many things to the village these years, we really can't accept such valuable gifts, your money doesn't just blow in from the winds."
The silver jewelry had excellent quality, and each piece was quite substantial. The entire set was worth at least a hundred taels of silver, and if they accepted it, they might not even be able to sleep soundly.
