As the name suggests, Crescent Island is an arc-shaped island, resembling a large crescent. It forms a curved shape. Although the two ends of the 'crescent' do not connect to form a complete circle, they are less than a few hundred meters apart. Within this span lies a huge, circular lake, the Crescent Island Lake.
Because of this unique arc-shaped geographical environment, coupled with the facilities developed by the Tianyun Group over time, this place would undoubtedly have been considered one of the best tourist destinations developed in Jianghai Province in recent years, had it not been for this once-in-a-century disaster in the Eastern Sea.
