Wushuang waited until Ouyang Che fell asleep, then took the Xuanyuan Sword up the mountain and returned it to the ancestral temple.
She solemnly placed the sword properly, lit three incense sticks and paid her respects, before walking out of the temple.
Outside the door, eight strong men stood.
They were the eight Guardian Gods protecting the Xuanyuan Sword.
"Greetings, honored elders," Wushuang respectfully saluted them.
The eight men also saluted her respectfully, then the leading man took a step forward and said solemnly to her, "Miss, today we have some words we wish to say to you."
Wushuang felt quite surprised, she smiled slightly, "Please speak, elders. Wushuang is all ears."
