Jin Yan's misty eyes were fixed on the two men, one big and one small, in the living room.
The big man was Tao Siran. Jin Yan didn't immediately recognize him, thinking it was an illusion, and rubbed his sleepy eyes.
Seeing his bewildered mother, Little Chenmo's mouth twitched slightly, three black lines appearing on his forehead, and then he shouted, "Mom!"
Fully awake now, Jin Yan confirmed that the man standing in the living room was Tao Siran. Her expression froze slightly, her eyes wide with disbelief as she rubbed them again, but quickly regained composure.
Tao Siran, disheveled and not at all maintaining his celebrity image, had a small, involuntary smile at the sight of Jin Yan like this. It was rare to see this side of her.
Jin Yan gestured to Little Chenmo, indicating for him to come over.
Little Chenmo wrinkled his little nose, stepped over to her side: "Mom, there's a guest at home."
As he spoke, he raised his hand, pointing at Tao Siran.
