"Okay." Abel nodded, "I'm ready to depart anytime."
Caroline nodded, "However, I must apologize to you. I'm feeling a bit unwell today, so I'll have Betty accompany you."
Abel's gaze shifted to Betty, "Then I'll be in your care, Your Highness!"
Betty frowned at Caroline, "Grandmother?"
"What, you don't want to help ease my worries?" Caroline asked lightly.
"Princess Betty, are you afraid of me?" Abel teased on purpose.
Ever since they made that bet, he had been trying to get closer to her, but she was never at the residence during the day and locked her doors early at night, leaving him with no opportunity to meet her.
He certainly wouldn't let this chance slip by.
"Hah, you're not a beast, what's there to be afraid of!" Betty rolled her eyes, "Wait a moment, I'll go change my clothes."
Having just finished a workout in the morning, she was still in her sports outfit, and naturally couldn't visit the Prime Minister's Residence dressed like that.
