Betty shook her head. She had been watching him the whole time and hadn't seen him make any extra moves.
"So what did you say to her?"
Abel gave her a smile, "It's a secret."
"Hmph!"
"Want to know?" Abel turned his head to look at Betty, "If you kiss me, I'll tell you everything."
Kiss him?
Wouldn't that mean she lost?
Betty pursed her lips, quickened her pace, and left him behind.
Abel caught up, "Alright, I'll tell you, actually..."
When Betty heard he was about to tell the truth, she immediately turned her face away, saying she didn't want to listen, but deep down she was incredibly curious, just unwilling to compromise with him.
Abel had only said half a sentence when the phone in his pocket started vibrating. He took out his phone, glanced at the caller, and immediately smiled.
"50 minutes, if it were a bet, you would have lost!"
He waved the phone at Betty and raised his hand to answer the call.
"Prime Minister? Okay... No problem, see you later."
