Long Jie dropped Wen Meimei off at her front door and, before leaving, handed her another box.

"This is what Mr. Huo wants; take it to him," she said.

"Long Jie, won't you come in and sit for a bit?"

"No, I'll see you tomorrow."

Long Jie climbed back into the car, which quickly drove away.

Wen Meimei looked at the box in her hand; it was a bit heavy, and she didn't know what was inside.

Between Long Jie and her father, Wen Meimei always felt that there was something unspoken, but it didn't seem right to ask about the older generation's affairs, so she could only suppress her curiosity.

Bu Qingqing leaned in and asked, "Miss, what is this?"

"I don't know." Wen Meimei opened the door and entered the house.

Huo Jun was sitting on the sofa making a phone call when he saw her return and hung up.
