Gusion studied them carefully. "Even if you go, are you sure you can actually help?"
The group fell silent, clearly struggling to answer.
"There's an Apex-grade monster out there," Gusion continued, his tone firm. "Even if you lend a hand, can you guarantee that Remillia can focus on attacking while also protecting all of you?"
No one could answer. He was right. Remillia was leagues ahead of them—any interference might slow her down or even put her at greater risk.
"Then... please, help us find our friends," the first girl said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Gusion's stern expression softened into a small smile at their persistence. "Very well. Even if you hadn't asked, I—along with your instructors and several mages—would have gone to find them anyway. It's partly my fault they can't be teleported back immediately…"
